ABOUT THIS PRODUCT

Guard Tour, for your site.

The Guard Tour System records where guards have patrolled. Guards use an app to scan QR codes or tap NFC tags at checkpoints. Supervisors can check which points were visited.

Guards can report incidents with photos and notes. The system shows patrol activity, flags route changes, and provides daily reports so supervisors can review completed work.

Use it for offices, campuses, warehouses, factories, and residential sites. It supports your guards and supervisors. It does not supply guards or replace their decisions and response plans.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions about this product.

How do guards record a checkpoint?

They scan a QR code or tap an NFC tag using the app. We help you choose what suits your site and devices.

Can guards add photos to reports?

Yes. Incident reports include photos and notes.

Can supervisors review daily patrols?

Yes. They can check live activity, routes, route change alerts, and daily reports.

What is the difference between QR and NFC checkpoints?

A guard scans a QR code with a device camera. An NFC checkpoint is recorded by tapping a compatible device near a tag. We check your phones and checkpoint locations before choosing.

Do you supply security guards?

This product is a patrol recording system, not a guard supply service. It supports the guards you already manage.

What happens if a patrol does not follow its route?

The system checks route activity and provides alerts. Supervisors can review the records, photos, and notes to decide what to do.
